Gaggenau ovens are designed with a multitude of cooks in mind. The ovens are equipped with a long list of standard features that ensure healthy and delicious meals. Kitchen appliances such as these come with pyrolytic self-cleaning technology, a clean enamel or porcelain interior, digital clock, an air cleaning catalyst, ThermoTest actual temperature display and a child and safety lock. Certain models provide more standard features, and of course more accessories are available for an extra cost. A range of models are available, in sizes of 24 inches, 27 inches and 36 inches.
The 24-inch Gaggenau oven comes in two models, the BO 250/251 and EB 270/271. The EB 200 series has the largest usable baking area of all comparable kitchen appliances. The BO 250/251 offers an LCD control that is fully integrated into the panel for an unobstructed view to the inside. A 24-inch single convection oven runs about $3,000, depending on the retailer and additional accessories.
A 27-inch oven from Gaggenau kitchen appliances also provides two options, which are closely related to the 24 inch models. The EB 290/291 is similar to the EB 270/271 - both are single convection ovens. It has a side opening door and also boasts the most usable baking room at 3.02 cubic feet. These run around $3,500.
